Effective August 1, 2019: BENCO Electric Cooperative will be changing its policy to disconnect power for non-payment when an account has reached 60 days past-due (previously, BENCO did not disconnect until an account had reached 90 days past-due).

Please contact our office at 507-387-7963 if you’re unable to pay a balance in full. BENCO will work with payment arrangements if contacted prior to the disconnect date.
